Gyms can now operate 24/7 – this starts at 12.01am Friday!

The NSW government has announced that gyms can operate with 24/7 access. This will help reduce the busy times in allowing our members more freedom of usage. There are some safeguards that we all have to adhere to including the use of sanitiser, mandatory use of towels and social distancing.

Both gyms will be full 24/7 access from Friday. You will be able to use the gym even when staff aren’t present.

We urge you to keep us informed if you have been or are unwell, and that if you are showing any symptoms of cold or flu to do the right thing and stay away from the gym, get tested and isolate!
