Introducing the wonderful Dimity Skye to the Surfit team! Dimity has really nice diversity in the classes that she can teach. We warmed to her at out first meeting and we hope that you will also. Dimity will teach the following classes in the barn on Wednesdays:

• 5.30am Hiit class
• 6.30am Pilates Core
• 7.30am Hot Yoga

On Wednesdays at 6am Downtown Simone will host a wild Bootcamp Class out of the big new van. You will get dirty in this one, especially your shoes! Meet behind the community centre in the car park before 6am.
