Owner / Trainer
Dave is both the gym owner and a personal trainer – his training specialties are sports conditioning, weight loss and age specific training with a focus of seniors.
Dave has lived and breathed fitness for many years and is always coming up with new and inventive ways to keep training up to date, effective and enjoyable.
Kylie Slade
General Manager
Kylie is a seasoned gym manager who holds a Cert IV in Fitness. She’s dedicated to ensuring a safe and effective fitness environment.
Kylie motivates both staff and members to achieve their best.
Stevie Potts
Assistant Manager
Stevie has worked in and managed Gyms all around Australia. She loves working in the fitness environment with a passion for body building.
Currently completing a Cert IV in Fitness, Stevie loves helping members to gain confidence and is eager to help members with more hands on approach in the future.

Linda is passionate about all things fitness, she loves helping our members feel welcome and supported on their health journey.

That passion for dance naturally evolved into teaching Barre, Pilates mat and reformer. Elle’s goal as an instructor is to create a space where her clients can move their bodies in a safe, challenging and fun environment.

Katie teaches the Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga classes at Surfit. Under the guidance of Katie, you can expect to flow through dynamic & creative sequences while you cleanse your body and clear your mind.

Stina is a certified 500 ERYT yoga teacher who has been teaching and practicing yoga for over 25 years. Stina has a degree in Osteopathic Medicine and she is particularly interested in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Stina enriches her classes and courses with creative sequences that promote safety and function.

Sharon is a highly experienced fitness professional with over 20 years in the industry. She holds a Cert III & IV in fitness, and customises training for optimal results while fostering a supportive environment that inspires individuals to achieve their health goals and embrace a healthier lifestyle.

Alice is a lifelong mover with a background as a gymnast and over 15 years of Pilates practice, combined with more than a decade of yoga and mindfulness training. Her passion for movement spans yoga, soft acrobatics, strength training, and restorative practices, always seeking new ways to expand her movement vocabulary.
For Alice, movement is more than exercise — it’s a way to connect with yourself, support longevity, and improve everyday function.

Tylah’s love and passion for health and fitness was formed early on in life, having played Netball at a State and National Level. She has a Bachelor in Exercise Sports Science majoring in Exercise Physiology & Strength and Conditioning and also holds a Cert IV in Reformer and Mat Pilates.
Tylah has been teaching for over 5 years and is currentlystudying to become a Naturopath.
