Dave is both the gym owner and a personal trainer – his training specialties are sports conditioning, weight loss and age specific training with a focus of seniors. 

Dave has lived and breathed fitness for many years and is always coming up with new and inventive ways to keep training up to date, effective and enjoyable.

Kylie is a seasoned gym manager who holds a Cert IV in Fitness. She’s dedicated to ensuring a safe and effective fitness environment.

Dimity also teaches pilates (mat, classical, reformer, rehabilitation), yogalates, barre, and H.I.I.T. She has qualifications in ayurveda (yoga medicine), fitness, personal training, anatomy, physiology, meditation, and life coaching.
