Rest up. The next Myzone challenge is starting soon. This will be a team challenge with the winning team all jumping from a plane. If you don’t jump, you can’t re-gift it!

We have a Myzone V.I.P high achiever list on the wall of the gym. These 7 people cannot be in the same team. It will be a 4 weeks on – one rest week – 4 weeks on challenge this time around.
